I had a few people, but I have slowly let them go after a very wise friend of mine gave me the analogy of the 'Friendship Garden'.

In our garden we need a few solid trees, a shrub or two, perennials, and annuals.

It's easy to get too many annuals. I sometimes have a hard time with that.

Alishia.

She was my best gal pal in Manitouwadge. She was one of the few people who got to know me in my time there. (There were like four people.) She had a no-BS approach to life and really felt that she could do absolutely anything. She was an inspirational girl.

Straight up: I have had too many friends who have had children die.

I brought this up to my Mom two days ago when I found out that a clients daughter started chemo. She is four.

I really love that I am really hell bent on doing pretty much whatever I want, whenever I want, if I really want to do it. I just don't care. Probably the biggest thing I hate about myself is that I am a real recluse. (It is also one of the things I love.)
